If you want to order our products to generate more Google reviews, your customers need a Google account to review you. Generally, all smartphone users who don't own an iPhone have a Google account. However, iPhone users also typically have one, as do users of YouTube, Gmail, and Google Maps.

If you want to order our products to gain more Instagram followers, your customers must have an Instagram account to follow you.

The delivery time is 4 to 5 working days, as we manufacture all products individually and customize them to you.

No. Unlike many paid review portals, there are no monthly fees, as we are not an independent review portal, but effectively shorten the path from offline service and trade to online reviews.
No, we do not sell Google reviews or followers.
Reviews you receive from your customers are genuine and build more trust.

Yes, you will definitely receive an invoice. You will receive it via email with your order confirmation.

Bad reviews can happen to anyone, because you can't please everyone. If you receive a bad review, we recommend contacting the customer. Usually, any disagreement can be resolved. If the review is unjustified, we recommend reporting it to the relevant platform.

We'll create the QR code for you. You don't have to worry about anything.

If uploading is not possible, you can also send us your order via email.

No, we don't need any login details from you.

Your customers need a smartphone with a camera. They simply need to hold their smartphone camera over the QR code, and a pop-up will appear leading to the linked page (review form/social media profile). Please note that your customers need their own account on the respective platform.

Exchanges are not possible as these products are individually manufactured. If there is something wrong with your order, we will send you a new shipment.
