The "Rate us on Google" feature is easy to use, as we will demonstrate below using the example of the rating cards.
Step 1: The customer scans the QR code
To leave a review, the customer simply needs to scan the QR code. They just need to hold their smartphone camera over the product.
A pop-up will then appear on the screen (iPhone) or a QR code character will appear (Android / Google smartphones).
Step 2: The customer is taken directly to the evaluation form.
The review form will then open, and the customer can rate you. It's that simple.
