Prices, shipping charges and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

We deliver within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Shipping is free for orders over €69,00.

In addition to the prices shown, we charge a flat rate of €6,90 per order for delivery within Germany and €8,90 per order for delivery within Austria and Switzerland. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in your shopping cart and on the order page.

The standard shipping time is approximately 4 to 5 working days, as we produce your product individually for you.
Orders received before noon will be produced and prepared for shipping on the same day.

Products for which you have previously received a print preview for approval will go to print on the same day if we receive the approval before 12 noon.

 

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

 

The flat shipping fee is €6,90. This fee includes VAT. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated based on the purchased goods, it may be reduced if items with lower VAT rates are included in your order (e.g., books). This means the final shipping fee can only be calculated during the checkout process. It can only decrease, never increase.
